Abstract

The aim of this work is to handle the process in more detail the formation of a limited liability company. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of a limited liability company. Comparison method compares the various advantages and disadvantages that this legal status brings. The practical part is devoted to the very formation of a limited liability company, focusing primarily on the social contract and its mandatory and optional terms and conditions to be met for company registration in the Commercial Register. The thesis is the basis to all who are currently considering the establishment and creation of a limited liability company.
