Abstract

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a detached house on plot No. 3925/6 in the cadastral area of Horní Těrlicko according to the valid Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation. The basis for the elaboration of the bachelor's thesis is the architectural study from the subject Desing studio 1 – academic year 2021/2022, supervisor Ing. arch. Et. Ing. Daniel Vaněk, Ph.D. This study was further developed and revised in the subject Desing studio 5 – academic year 2023/2024, supervisor Ing. arch. Filip Slivka and further in cooperation with the consultant for building construction doc. Ing. Jaroslav Solař, Ph.D. The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation of the construction and a text part with accompanying, summary and technical reports related to the solved object and plot.
