Návrh implementace EDI do informačního systému podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem implementace řešení EDI do informačního systému společnosti Dileris a.s. Cílem práce je navrhnout zavedení cloudového EDI řešení do informačního systému společnosti, a to na základě analýz stávajících procesů.

Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku elektronické výměny dat, jednotlivých fází implementace, poskytovatele EDI řešení a ERP společnosti.

V praktické části jsou analyzovány stávající procesy společnosti, které by měly poukázat na vhodnost zavedení EDI. Dále jsou definovány jednotlivé kroky, které by měly společnost úspěšně dovést až před samotnou implementaci EDI. V závěru praktické části byla ekonomicky zhodnocena navrhovaná implementace, a to na základě sestavení SWOT a finanční analýzy.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the implementation of the EDI solution into the information system of the company Dileris a.s. The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose the introduction of a cloud EDI solution into the company's information system, based on analyzes of existing processes.

The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of electronic data interchange, individual phases of implementation, providers of EDI solutions and ERP system of the company.

The practical part analyzes the existing processes of the company, which should point to the appropriateness of the introduction of EDI. Furthermore, the individual steps are defined, these steps should lead the company successfully to the actual implementation of EDI. At the end of the practical part, the proposed implementation was economically evaluated, based on the compilation of SWOT and financial analysis.
