Abstract
The aim of this work is to analyze and detect the use of methods valuation in an industrial company. General description of the basic concepts, financial and strategic analysis, financial plan and putting valuation methods. Selecting the method and its use in selected companies CEZ and RWE. As a result, determine that the company is in the development of the shares and the number of customers better and how to position on the Czech market reached.
