| dc.description.abstract | Příspěvek seznamuje s tím, co provozovatel jaderné elektrárny dělá v oblasti informovanosti obyvatel. V zásadě je potřeba rozdělit tuto oblast na informování na preventivní (tj. v době normálního provozu JE se zaměřením na ovlivňování veřejnosti a jejího mínění) a represivní (tj. : krizovou komunikaci, jejíž součástí je předávání informací v době vzniku, řešení a likvidace následků mimořádné události, ale do této kategorie lze zařadit i varování obyvatelstva). | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-en | This paper introduces us to the matter of what the power plant operator does, to keep the public informed. Basically, this might be split to preventative & informatory actions (that is- within a normal operational time of the power plant, focusing on the public opinion) and authoritative informatory measures, such as crisis based communication that embraces passing over information at the time of occurrence, solutions and tackling the effects of an emergency. Nevertheless, this category might include also public early warning measures. | cs |
