Mechanické vlastnosti sendvičových kompozitních materiálů.

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis studies mechanical properties of composite structures and sandwiches with resin based matrix and reinforcment in the form of carbon fibre for the purpouses of research and development of manufacturing technology of carbon fiber composites for Formula student team from VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava. The theoretical part of the thesis elaborates on the topic of composite materials with carbon fiber reinforcement. The practical part describes the manufacturing, preparation, and testing of composite structures and sandwiches. These materials were tested using tensile testing and three-point bending tests. In the conclusion of the thesis, the measured data were evaluated, and the findings were assessed.
