Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the level of business performance Paramo strategic applications of the Balanced Scorecard. Make a BSC application is not possible given the scope of work. Designed the application design as the basis for determining the desired goals and performance measures. The first part is a theoretical character and defining the issues discussed. First, defines and describes the company's performance and then proceeding to identify the methods, standards, analysis and procedures to be used in this work. The second part covers the application procedure set out solutions for the enterprise Paramo is the first characterized and specified further researched Paramo, and then there is made ​​a strategic analysis of the selected company including PEST analysis, Porter analysis of five competitive forces and SWOT analysis. The thesis continues performing financial analysis using the ratios and ultimately Paramo, as assessed by the Balanced Scorecard. In the third part of this thesis are considered the results obtained, set specific targets and benchmarks, and proposed specific measures to increase the level of business performance.
