Školení BOZP formou e-learningu pro lékárníky

Níže vypracovaná diplomová práce se věnuje problematice školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) formou e-learningu. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout školicí e-learningový nástroj pro podporu periodického školení BOZP lékárníků. V rámci práce je vytvořen přehled požadavků právních a ostatních předpisů k zajištění BOZP u lékárníků a proveden sběr relevantních informací ve vztahu k BOZP na konkrétních pracovištích lékáren. Následně je navržen vlastní e-learningový nástroj, který je určen pro periodické školení BOZP zaměstnanců vybrané lékárny. Nástroj je otestován v praxi a pomocí zpětné vazby od lékárníků je provedena jeho finální úprava.

The diploma thesis developed below is devoted to occupational safety and health (OSH) training course in the form of e-learning. The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a training tool to support the periodic safety and health training of pharmacists. In the thesis, an overview of the register of requirements of legal and other regulations to ensure safety and health at pharmacists is created and the collection of relevant information in relation to OSH at specific workplaces of pharmacies is performed. Subsequently, an e-learning tool, which is intended for periodic safety and health training for employees of a selected pharmacy, is designed and tested. After that, a final adjustment is made by using feedback from pharmacists.
