Abstract

Bachelor thesis defines the State Administration in a theory and explains the concept of tax Administration in the Czech Republic, including its position in the political system and finally which position it takes in our law system. The object of this work is the education of employees in State Administration, which is approached in terms of the Tax Office in Zlín. Bachelor thesis characterizes the civil service, the organization of tax Administration, which is managed by the Ministry of Finance, the administrative authorities and the historical development of tax Administration in our country. The aim of this work is to evaluate the training of Employees system Zlin Tax Office.
