Abstract

This work focuses on controlling the flow of energy from solar panels to charge batteries. The control of the energy flow from the solar panels takes place in order to maximize the supplied electrical energy when lighting the solar panel. As part of this work, laboratory measurements of the solar panel were also performed, under different lighting conditions, to identify its maximum power in different lighting intensities. Furthermore, the work deals with the possibilities of solar panel control, design and implementation of a system for charging batteries from a solar panel using maximizing the power consumed from the solar panel.
