Abstract

Unemployment is not just an economic problem but also cultural and social problems. Therefore, the society tries to fight unemployment and reduce its negative impacts. Unemployment arise from an imbalance in the labor market. The level of educational attainment is very important for to better position in the labour market. The bacholer thesis is focusing on problems of job seekers in terms of their education, the analysis development of selected groups of job seekers, their problems in finding suitable employment. Employment office has an important role – helps problem groups in the first entry or return to the labor market.
