Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is elaboration of the project documentation for building construction of The Hospital for long-Term Patients, focused on heating, hot water heating and ventilation of the kitchen. Documentation is divided to three main parts – construction part, part of technical equipment of buildings which consists of heating and ventilation. The purpouse of this documentation was coordination of those three parts. The construction part includes design of three floor building. Heating of the object will be solved by floor heating, radiators and in part by air conditioning unit. The heating energy will be get from renewable resources –ground thermal energy. The designe of the heating performance is based on heat loss which was part of the documentation alongwith thermal technical assessmanet of the structures , preparation of energy label of the building enevelope, energy performance certificate of the building.
