Analýza managementu plaveckého klubu

Abstract

A goal of this bachelor thesis is to accomplish a management analysis of the swimming club and from this ground draw up a measurement how to solve a given problem. The swimming club that was analyzed is in the bad economic situation, which is caused by wrong communication, propagation and funding inside the club. The swimming club services the swimming courses for professionals and also for wide-schema_dspacedb. The work has two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of terms connected with sport and management. The practical part applies SWOT analysis, STEP analysis, marketing mix and questionnaire for determination of club strengths and weaknesses and public opinion. For improving of a swimming club situation is appropriate to increase its activity.
