Analýza a komparace managementu házenkářských klubů nejvyšší soutěže v České republice

Abstract

Práce se zabývá analýzou a komparací managementu házenkářských klubů nejvyšší soutěže v České republice. Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu a komparaci managementu klubů HCB Karviná a HC Dukla Praha z nejvyšší házenkářské soutěže v České republice, porovnat kvalitu a strukturu managementu, jeho činnosti, práci s mládeží, dosavadní úspěchy a složení A mužstev. Pro vypracování bakalářské práce byla použita metoda SWOT analýzy, kdy se porovnával stav jednotlivých klubů. Další použitou metodou bylo dotazování, přesněji rozhovor, ve kterém byli dotazováni prezident HCB Karviná, Roman Mucha a jednatel klubu HC Dukla Praha, Daniel Čurda. Poslední použitá metoda byla sběr dat a práce s dokumenty. Výsledky práce ukazují, že mezi kluby jsou určité rozdíly. Především pak ve složení vedení klubů, ve složení A týmů a sportovním zázemí. Naopak velmi blízké jsou si kluby především kvalitou a vedením mládeže.

The thesis deals with the analysis and the comparison of the management of handball clubs of the highest competition in the Czech Republic. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and compare the quality and structure of the managements of HCB Karviná and HC Dukla Praha, which are opposing in the highest handball competition in the Czech Republic, including its activities, work with young players, their achievements and rosters. The overall position of those particular clubs was compared by using the SWOT analysis in this bachelor thesis. Another method used was interviewing. For this method, the president of HCB Karviná Roman Mucha, and secretary of HC Dukla Praha, Daniel Churda were interviewed. The last method used was data collection and document handling. The results of the work show there are certain differences between the clubs, especially in the composition of the club leadership, composition of A teams and sports facilities. On the other hand, clubs are very similar in their quality and youth leadership.
