Zkoumá faktory vnějšího okolí a vnitřního prostředí firmy, které jej mohou ovlivnit. Značnou částí práce je odhad finančního vývoje podniku, ze kterého byla vypracována finanční analýza podniku. Z tohoto zkoumání budou vyvozeny opatření, která by podnik měl provést, aby došel svým plánům. Jinými slovy, aby zvolil správnou strategii svého podnikání. | cs |
