Abstract

A task of this thesis is to design a prefabricated housing estate regeneration in Ostrava - Dubina. The basis is a thorough analysis of the current state of the settlement, the findings of the current capacity of parking spaces and a survey of green. Work to deal with the traffic situation, static traffic, the use of other areas, the placement of furniture, greenery and technical infrastructure. The proposal is drawn up in accordance with the applicable land use plan of the city of Ostrava, in the drawing of transport solutions is also taken into account the working base of the new land use plan.

The resulting proposal is most influenced by the creation of the required number of parking spaces. New parking areas and several underground structures for vehicles will be form in addressed area. Traffic solution is prepared in two versions, one of them was selected for further elaboration.
