Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with a receivables management in a chosen company. The main aim of the thesis is to describe a current way of doing it, to evaluate it and to propose possible changes. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are theoretical aspects determined in term of receivables incurrence, business obligation relations and their possible risks. In this part, characteristics of the chosen company are described, too. The practical part of the thesis involves a description of a current status as it comes to receivables management in the chosen company, its evaluation and changes to improve it are proposed.
