Bytový dům - stavebně technologický projekt.

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je výkresová dokumentace stavební části bytového domu, která je zpracována ve stupni projektové dokumentace pro stavební řízení. Dále je vypracována technická zpráva ke stavební části. Součástí projektu je zpracování technologického postupu pro realizaci základů, položkového rozpočtu pro etapu "základy" a harmonogramu postupu prací pro etapu "Základy". Veškeré stavební konstrukce jsou posouzeny dle kritérií ČSN 73 0540 - 2 - Tepelná ochrana budov - Část 2: Požadavky.

The diploma thesis includes graphical documentation of the construction part of an apartment building which has been processed up to the extent necessary for building permission proceeding. Then there is a technical report for the construction site. As an internal part of this project there is a description of technological procedure for the realisation of foundations, an itemized budget for the phase of “Foundations” and a timetable for the progress of work during the phase of “Foundations”. Later, all the building constructions are assessed in accordance with the criteria of the Czech Standard ČSN 73 0540 - 2 – Thermal protection of buildings – Part 2: Requirements.
