Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců podniku ve zpracovatelském průmyslu

Abstract

The topic of this master thesis is an Analysis of Employee Remuneration and Motivation System of Company in the Manufacturing Industry. The aim of the work is to evaluate the current state of employee satisfaction with the system of remuneration and motivation. The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical and methodological background related to the topic. The characteristics of the manufacturing company is done in the second part, together with analysis of the current state of motivation and remuneration system and research is carried out through a questionnaire survey. The output of the master thesis is based on selected and processed analyzes to propose recommendations that could help the company with increasing the job satisfaction of its employees.
