Abstract
This work deals with research of inhomogeneity influence on the forming process. There is a description of the theoretical issues regarding forming process and heat transfer in introductory chapters and the uncertainty during the production process with these reasons. The practical tests are carried out in the experimental part of the work with the aim to create the inhomogenous temperature field of the batch and by using the forming process proving the influence on changes in forming. Three practical experiments are described here to study the influence of heating homogeneity on the product quality – rejection. The models to simulate the non-stationary heat conduction and change of the heat homogeneity by the cooling effect have been created in Comsol Multiphysics program. The size evaluation of the experiment by using the 2D laser measurement has been carried out in the closing chapter of the work.
