Abstract

Bachelor thesis in theoretical part deals with the introduction of Philip Morris a.s. It also describes the concepts of enterprise, business environment, competition, competitive, competitive environment and competitive advantage. It also describes the strategy, strategic planning and business management. The practical part focuses on the description and analysis of the current state of the company's competitiveness according modern Porter five forces analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. The last part made proposals and measures to maintain a majority stake in the market and halt its decline.
