Zefektivnění informačních toků ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na zefektivnění informačních toků ve výrobním podniku TAURUS metal spol. s r.o. Teoretická část je věnována objasnění teoretických základů informačních toků, například pojmy informace, data, znalost, informační systémy, informační cyklus, komunikace atd. V prostřední části práce je představen podnik, v němž byla práce řešena. V analytické části je provedena analýza informačního toku a dokumentů doprovázející výrobní proces. V poslední části práce je zhodnocení kritických oblastí a jsou navržena možná řešení situace, která jsou porovnána se současným stavem v organizaci.

The thesis is focused on the streamlining information flow in the manufacturing company TAURUS metal spol. s r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the theoretical basis of information flows, e.g. terms as information, data, knowledge, informational systems, informational cycle, communication and so on. In middle part of thesis is presented company in which was realized analytical part. In analytical part is realized analysis of information flow and documents in manufacturing process. In last part of thesis is evaluation of the critical areas of information flow and possible solution are proposed. These solution are then compared with the current situation in company.
