Abstract
The topic of this bachelor thesis is a research of customer´s satisfaction in the catering equipment. The research is focused on the Bonanza restaurant in Kyjov.
In the theoretical part there are described the theoretical knowledges about catering, customers, marketing and finally the marketing research too. There is also disccused the customer´s satisfaction, what it takes and why it is important.
In the second (practical) part of this work there is presented the investigated restaurant, there are described the strong and the weak aspects of a company, threats and opportunities, so the SWOT analysis. However the most important point of this work is the questionnaire´s investigation in which there are graphically illustrated and evaluated the answers of the respondents.
