Analýza zaměstnaneckého časopisu hutní společnosti

Abstract

The topic of my diploma thesis was the analysis of the Internal Magazíne for the Metallurgical Company. The aim of my thesis was to try to determine employees attitudes towards the internal magazine. Ascertain how often employees read the magazine, how they perceive and evaluate the information content and comprehensive treatment of this journal. This was also the purpose of the practical part of my thesis which comprises the research of these positions. All available results of this research are summarized in the conclusions and recommendations. Subsequently the conclusions and recommendations submitted to the company management for further use.
