Abstract

The Bachelor’s thesis entitled Administrative Building adresses the design of a civic amenity building located on Mirova Street in Ostrava – Vitkovice, Ostrava District, Moravian – Silesian Region. The aim of the thesis is to develop project documentation for the execution of the building. The project include both technical and drawing documentation, prepared in accordance with the Building Act and applicable standarts. The proposed building respects its integration into the existing urban context, maintaining the established building line, height level, and continuity with adjacent structures. The design emphasizes a functional and flexible internal layout, allowing individual floors to be used independently and leased to different tenants. The proposal also includes a rooftop terrace with views of the Dolní Vítkovice industrial complex. The ground floor accommodates a publicly accesible café space.
