Tvorba 3D modelu Planetária Ostrava s využitím bezpilotního systému

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis is the subject creation of 3D model of Planetarium Ostrava by means of utilization drone. First part is focused on theoretical part such as structure, conditions for operation and use relating to unmanned aircraft, then on to the digital terrain model, coordinate systems used in the Czech Republic, photogrammetry and Regulation of the European Commission. The second part is the practical part including preparatory work, measurement progress and the actual execution of 3D model. Pix4D and CloudCompare programs were used to create the subject of this work. The final result is a 3D model of the Ostrava planetarium, including an assessment of its quality and accuracy.
