Abstract

This thesis focuses on the use of Business Intelligence tools for effective monitoring and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. The aim of the work was to design and implement a reporting solution using Power BI that enables detailed tracking of key performance indicators and quality metrics in the production of aluminum wheels. The resulting system contributes to greater process transparency, faster identification of problem areas, and more effective support for decision-making at all management levels.
