Organizace a správa statutárního města

Abstract

Subject of this thesis is the organization and administration of a statutory city. Bachelor thesis is deal mainly by organizing public administration in the Czech Republic, the characteristics of a Statutory City of Ostrava and personnel security administration of the Statutory City of Ostrava. Work also contains information about the evolution of the number of employees of the magistrate City of Ostrava in the years 2005 - 2009 and information about education of officials of the magistrate of the City. The aim of this work is defining the forms of education and expenses incurred by the staff of the Statutory City of Ostrava in years 2005 - 2009.
