Regenerace panelového sídliště Olomouc

Abstract

The main objective of this Bachelor’s thesis is to design regeneration of the prefabricated housing in Olomouc – Povel, which will estimate the value of the whole area. The regeneration consists of changing traffic communications, static traffic and movables. Also, it will create a new design of facilities, areas and objects intended for a use of all ages. The design will comply with the terms of government regulation 494/200 Sb. : „ Regeneration of prefab housing estate“, and will lead into creating a pleasant place to live.
