Zlepšení kvality výroby křemíkových desek

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to suggest quality improvement in production in company ON Semiconductor s. r. o. in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, which produces semiconductors components and to suggest a measures, to prevent defects or at least to reduce their origin. In the theoretical background concepts of quality are explained, the individual quality management concepts and tools used to search for connections and improvement opportunities, are described. In experimental part an analysis of the production process in 2015 is included. It contains analysis and data evaluation of defective production process by Pareto chart and it determines the main causes of the origin by Fishbone diagram (Ishikawa diagram). Based on the identified causes of defects a solution is suggested to improve production quality.
