The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the preparation of project documentation related to the construction of the residential house "Alfa 1" under Annex 1 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation. Subject of this bachelor´s thesis is based on the developing of a technological process for the implementation of pleated covering clad on the specified object. Aforementioned "specified object" is an apartment house with twelve housing units which will be primarily used for renting. Residential house is covered by a gable roof with trussed formations and concrete cladding by Bramac Roof Systems Ltd. Itemized budget, time schedule and site-equipment overview are also included in this residential house project.
