Hodnocení rizik činností soukromých bezpečnostních služeb

Abstract

The thesis deals with risk assessment of private security services activities in the conditions of a model industrial enterprise. The theoretical part characterizes private security services in the Czech Republic and risk management methods. The practical part presents the selected industrial enterprise and specifies the performance of security services at its premises. The core part of the thesis consists of identification, analysis and evaluation of risks of selected working positions with a higher degree of occupational and security risk using the What-if and BOMECH methods. Based on the results, specific measures to reduce the identified risks are proposed including the evaluation of their effectiveness. The conclusion summarizes the achieved results and the contribution of the conducted analyses for the practice of security management in private security services.
