Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyze the structure and characteristics of the Labor Market of disadvantaged people groups, who form an important part of the job seekers. The work is divided into three parts, of which the first is devoted to the Labor Market and the various groups of persons who are disadvantaged in search of employment for some reason, the second is active employment policy and several European operational programs aimed at reducing unemployment in the Czech Republic. Third part shows the possibilities of this topic in the media by four genres - editorial, interview, survey and review. On basis of acquired findings and information concerning the employment of disadvantaged people in the Czech Republic, follows summary and evaluation of the effectiveness of applied methods.
