Rozvojová strategie společnosti Moravskoslezský kovošrot, a.s.

Abstract

The objective of this work is to work up an analysis of current situation of MORAVSKOSLEZSKÝ KOVOŠROT, a.s. and to propose an acceptable strategy. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and aplication part. In the theoretical part there are defined base solutions and goals of strategic analysis and scenario output future developements. In the aplication part there are the analysisare worked up and show compact picture of real current situation of firm. Of these analysis there are proposed two feasible strategic solutions.
