Radnice a dětská knihovna, Ostrava-Lhotka

Abstract

Úkolem bakalářské práce je zhotovení stavebně - architektonické části dokumentace pro provádění staveb podle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci. Novostavby radnice a dětské knihovny v Ostravě – Lhotce, dále jen radnice. Tato budova je částí nově navrženého areálu centra obce, dříve zpracovaného v urbanistické studii v průběhu výuky na katedře architektury fakulty stavební VŠB-TUO. Návrh budovy je vytvořen tak, aby harmonicky zapadl do centra obce a zároveň byl jeho dominantou. Stavba je umístěna na čelní straně náměstí. Jednotlivé provozy jsou navrženy podle potřeb a velikosti obce s ohledem na orientaci ke světovým stranám.

The aim of this work is fabricated building - architectural documentation for the execution of works in according with public notice 499/2006 Coll. about documentation of new town hall and a children's library in Ostrava - Lhotka. This building is part of the newly proposed community center complex, previously prepared in the urban study. Design of the building is designed to fit harmoniously into the surroundings and at the same time being the landmark. The building is aligned with the square on which it stands and takes into account the layout of the parts of the building by the compass. Operational functions of buildings have been designed taking into account the size of the village.
