Abstract
In this bachelor thesis I deal with the issue of the creation of the project, and its practical use on the topic: Construction and funding of sports facilities. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the advantage and return of investment in sports facilities in the village of Lhotka based on the methods and plans used.
