Abstract

This thesis builds on a pilot project implemented by creating awareness of the economic conditions of the Czech metalurgy. Economic awareness among workers was introduced in foundries Třinec, as The present work describes the main principles for the creation of economic knowledge, which were discussed at the seminars. Then, the work focuses on the manageability of the main substance of the seminar No. 1, which is entitled "An employee does not work with matter, time, etc., but with the value". This is followed by evaluation of groups of workers in handling the information sent the main seminar. Subsequently saving manage substance dependence trained staff on selected criteria - physical age, experience in the foundry and educational attainment. Finally there is the summary of opinions foundry workers racing to training to extending economic awareness.
