Porovnání proudnic pro hašení požárů v přírodě

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis provides an overview of the issue of nozzles for extinguishing wildfires and compares them with one another. Based on measurement results, eight selected nozzles will be compared, and the thesis will conclude with a selection and recommendation of the best nozzle according to the obtained results. The first chapter addresses the current state of the field, providing a basic description of nozzle design and specifications for nozzles used in wildland fire suppression. The second chapter defines forest and wildland fires and classifies forest fires by type based on their location. The third chapter addresses the standards that individual nozzles must meet. The fourth chapter lists the technical parameters that will be tested during the measurements. The fifth chapter describes the individual measurements and introduces the comparison method. In the sixth chapter, the individual nozzles are presented, and the resulting measurement values are listed for each one.
