Stanovení teplot dýmovnic a světlic používaných na hromadných akcích

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the use of smoke bombs and flares at mass events from the perspective of the protection of persons and property. The theoretical part describes mass events, their legal framework in the Czech Republic, the risks associated with organizing such events, and the methods of ensuring safety. Special attention is given to the issue of pyrotechnics at football stadiums, including legal regulations, spectator violence, methods of smuggling in pyrotechnics, and the risks of their use in crowds. Further chapters describe smoke bombs and flares, and the risks related to their initiation, handling, and use in the presence of large groups of people. The practical part of the thesis focuses on experimental temperature measurements using thermocouples, a thermal camera, and a radiometer, as well as on the analysis of the collected data. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to injury prevention and raise awareness of the risks associated with the use of pyrotechnics at mass events, particularly at football stadiums.
