Reorganizace daňové správy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce řeší reorganizaci daňové správy, která proběhla dne 1. ledna 2013. Obsahem práce je nástin orgánů finanční správy České republiky, jednotlivých změn, které proběhly se zavedení zákona č.456/2011 Sb., o Finanční správě České republiky. V práci se zaměřuji hlavně na změny, které se dotkly jak daňového poplatníka, tak i samotných zaměstnanců finanční správy. Také se zaměřuji na finanční dopad této reorganizace. Na základě zjištěných informací je pak zhodnocení dané reorganizace.

This bachelor thesis deals with reorganization of the tax administration that took place on 1st January 2013. This thesis consists of the outline of parts of The Financial administration of the Czech republic, individual changes that were implemented with the introduction of the Act NO.456/2011 Coll., about The Financial management of the Czech republic. This thesis is principally focused on the changes that have touched a taxpayer and even employees of The Financial management themselves. The thesis is also focused on the financial impact of this organization. The evaluation of the reorganization is based on the collected information.
