Abstract

The aim of the thesis: " Employee Education and Development in Netdevelo s. r. o. Company“ is to map the system of training and development of employees in the company and focus on his weaknesses, to be proposed recommendations leading to improvement and streamlining the existing education system. The first part of this thesis deals with theoretical approaches to training and development and the second part describes the educational system in the analyzed company.
