Abstract
This thesis have for object draw near problems today already relatively obsolete excavator K 800B.12/K54, made in the year 1967, on overburden cut mine Vršany - Šverma and presents simultaneously several possibility substitutes hereof excavator including of his possible to modernizing. Shows on mechanical and economics requirements necessary modernizing machinery or recommended mining machine, so suit mining - technical conditions mining on overburden cuts of mine Vršany - Šverma.
