Abstract

This bachelor’s work deals with development of a gap site by a multifunctional building. This kind of development will solve the link-up of the locality and will also solve the waste management and static transportation. The emphasis is on dispositional solution. The gap site is in protective zone of Ostrava City in cadastral section of Moravska Ostrava at the corners of Zamecka and Dlouha streets. The academic part of this bachelor’s work deals with problems of citizen facilities and habitation. The practical part of this bachelor’s work deals with the project of the multifunctional building. The practical part is paced in extent of territorial decree. The result of this bachelor’s work is the project of the multifunctional building, which properly fits into the locality and also respects the basic requirements of citizen needs.
