Abstract
Theme of the thesis is the Role of the Labour Office in active policy of employment deals with assessment and subsequent recommendation the individual tools of active policy of employment. The aim of this thesis is to propose and recommend specific measures to implement more effective and efficient active policy of employment in the Czech Republic. The strengths and the weaknesses of individual tools are evaluated on the basis of individual tools of active policy of employment. It is possible to recommend certain measures based on the collected data. These measures will contribute to the implementation of this policy which will be more effective and more efficient.
