Kontrolní systém v podmínkách vyššího územně samosprávného celku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the control in public administration, the general concepts and functions, definition of public administration and control system in the Czech Republic with a closer focus on financial control. Another part is focused on the scope of the South Moravian Regional Authority, the authorities, organizational unit of a local government unit and contributory organizations. Also described herein is the organizational structure of the South Moravian Regional Authority, especially the sections dealing with control, but also regional development. The last part is devoted to the evaluation of the control system settings of the South Moravian Regional Authority in ensuring of public administrative controls of Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness.
