Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with methods and tools for effective training of health and safety at work. The aim of the work is to analyze the current status of periodic training in a small manufacturing company, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the training system and to design a set of tools that will increase the effectiveness of OSH training. This work analyzes the legal requirements and requirements for OSH training, introduces the company and the training system in place in the company, and proposes a procedure for streamlining OSH training.
