Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to analyze the motivation and rewards of employee groups at selected positions of the private bank advisers. The analyses will be done in a particular brach of Raiffeisenbank in Ostrava. The aim of the work is to compare 2009 empoyee benefits system among some branches of competetive bank companies, namely: Unicredit Bank, Oberbank and the Czech Savings Bank, based in Ostrava. Nowadays in hasty time it is extremely important for the employers to be able to create conditions that will lead to mutual satisfaction if they want to obtain and retain high quality employees. It is not very cheap to invest in the company employees, but the company may use a very soft benefits that are tax-deductible expenses and thus motivate employees and provide them with greater job satisfaction and loyalty.
