Abstract

This labour summarises knowledge Motivation of Employees in the Company. Labour is divided to three sections. Theoretic-methodology section explains fundamental terms such as motivation, remuneration, theory of motivation, analyse and forms of investigation. Second section is about characteristic of company, where informations are provided about select the copany. In last theoretic section is appreciation PEST analyse, SWOT analyse, marketing research of indoor climate and first of all motivation of employees and remuneration. Here is performed analyse of satisfaction employees by means of questionnaire examination and interpretation reasons. Result of this labour is findings relativity satisfaction of employees with motivation factors and remuneration even sometimes is discovered a little dissatisfaction.
