Abstract
The topic of this bachelor´s work is through financial analysis methods to evaluate complex financial situation of the company JSB Match Diabolo, a. s. in the years 2008 - 2011. The theoretical part focuses on the description of methods of assessment of the financial situation of the company, among which is the horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis, risk analysis and variance analysis. The practical part includes the characteristics of JSB Match Diabolo, a. s. and evalution the results that have been identified through financial analysis.
