Zhodnocení hospodaření města Šumperk v oblasti kultury

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on evaluation of the function regional self-governing unit in the culture. The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is characteristic and analysis of economy Šumperk town in 2013-2017 in the culture. The part of the goal is evaluation of economy organizations which are astablished with Šumperk town, specifically theatres and libraries. In this bachelor´s thesis there is a comparison of the different legal form these organizations and evaluation of the efficiency the means which are used of activities from the budget Šumperk town.
